The researchers evaluated health data from 89 individuals who were referred because of pain, which they attributed to Yoga, from 2006 to 2018 to the Mayo Clinic. The people had different practiced long Yoga, some only Recently, others for years. You had pain in your back, neck, shoulder, hip and/or knees. On the basis of patient records, medical examinations, and imaging the injury as soft tissue, joint or bone injuries were classified.
