You don’t get as fit as strong as Gal Gadot is in Wonder Woman without putting in the hard yards – and that means combining a healthy diet with exercise!
But what does Gal Gadot eat in a day? The Israeli actress’ diet is filled with variety…
Breakfast
Gal starts the day off right with meals like eggs, fruit, and coffee. But she’s also said that she does this to make a good example for her daughter.
“I want to know that what she [her 5-year-old daughter Alma] feeds her body does her good,” Gadot told Marie Claire UK. “We make smoothies in the morning with parsley, celery, green apples and ginger – basically, we throw in whatever we have.”

Lunch/Dinner
She says that for main meals, you can’t go wrong with protein – but she loves to combine it with a good serving of vegetables.
“I eat a lot of fish and chicken, and I make sure that around 30-40% of our family diet is made of cooked or raw vegetables,” she told Marie Claire UK.
Snacks
She loves to visit the markets and pick up some fresh fruit and veggies.
…and to snack on the go!
Drinks
She loves drinking water, water and more water! (To balance out the bad with the good)
“I try to eat healthy,” she told E! Online. “But sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers. That’s good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out. I drink tons of water.”
Treats
She is a big fan of traditional Israeli pastries like Burekas – and after seeing her Instagrams, we can see why!
But of course with all her healthy eating, she also had a strict workout regime for Wonder Woman (which to be honest, sounds like a lot of fun!)
