The Modern Family actress has been sharing an endless stream of gorgeous photos to Instagram from Italian resort towns.
The seascapes and her hubby Joe make for a very photogenic combo, but what’s really heating up her photos is Sofia and her rocking body.
In her latest envy-inducing snap, Sofia kneels on the back of a boat with her arms outstretched. She captioned her swimsuit-clad photo: “To our next stop!!!🦐🦞🍝🧜🏼♀️🍹” The star is wearing a white textured strapless top and white bikini bottoms and looks ah-mazing. (Reminder, she is 46.)

Earlier in her trip, Sofia shared a photo of herself wearing a leopard-print maillot. Her arms and legs look super toned as she basks in the sun on another boat. She captioned the photo: “When in Italy… @dolcegabbana !!!! 🐆🐆🐆❤️❤️”

So, what kind of workouts does it take to get Sofia-level toned? Her home gym definitely helps. “Joe built a very nice gym in the house, so I don’t have any excuses,” she previously told Women’s Health.
Her routine includes three or four weekly sessions with a trainer, and she also uses a Megaformer machine. Sofia describes the Megaformer as “an advanced Pilates machine” that combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.
From the looks of these hot vacay photos, it’s definitely working. Way to go Sofia.
