Dr. Pimple Popper Names Gnarly Cyst 'Slimer' After Ghostbusters Ghoul

Dr. Pimple Popper tackled another gruesome and horrific challenge of epic proportions in her newest YouTube video.

In the nearly seven-minute video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—aka Dr. Pimple Popper—goes against a pilar cyst on a patient’s scalp. She begins by making an incision, before worming her way into the opening with a small pair of surgical scissors. Then, she unearths a massive cyst that’s so big in size it’s almost unbelievable. Blood gushes out of the large wound, and Lee expertly sews the the opening closed. We truly can’t imagine the horror of having Dr. Pimple Popper extract one of these from your head.

She dubs the cyst Slimer, as in the green, wobbly ghoul from Ghostbusters, and it’s a pretty good comparison.

“It did look like Slimer! lol I thought green stuff was going to come flying out everywhere lol,” one user wrote.

However, a few other commenters thought the cyst looked more like food than a slimy green ghost.

“Yes, I’m actually watching this eating my dinner….. which is TORTILINI! Looks a lot like a cyst 😆 that’s how dedicated I am to your vids girl,” one fan wrote.

Another YouTuber said, “It looks like one of those Mrs. Grass bullion flavor nuggets in the chicken noodle soup boxes.”

Then, there’s the person who thought the cyst was more spud-like in appearance.

“Looked like a new potato coming out whole, then a mashed potato!! Amazing sac, great sutures! Thanks very much xx,” Lee’s fan replied.

However, one thing remains undebatable: Dr. P truly has that special touch.
